Hexaware Technologies said it plans recruit between 6,000 and 8,000 employees worldwide in 2024. This expansion is contingent on favorable global market conditions and underscores Hexaware’s commitment to fostering innovation and enhancing client service capabilities, the company said in a press release.
The hiring initiative spans multiple geographic locations, including Hexaware’s offshore, onshore, and near-shore centers in India, the US, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and the UK. In India, targeted recruitment will take place in cities like Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun, and Bengaluru. Additional recruitment drives are planned in Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram.
Specifically, Hexaware is looking to fill roles such as ServiceNow Tech Leads, Automation Testing Specialists (API), AEM Architects, Big Data Leads, and Workday Financial Consultants. In the United States, the focus will be on hiring Cloud Application Architects (Azure), ESM Architects (ServiceNow), Java Full Stack Engineers, Test Analysts (SDET) with automation expertise, and Senior Java Full-stack Developers with AWS expertise. In the UK, positions such as Test Managers (Manual and Automation), AEM, DevOps (Azure), Service Desk professionals, and Full-Stack Developers (Java and .NET) will be available. Poland will see a demand for Full-stack Developers.
