Apple Watch enthusiasts hoping for a dramatic overhaul with the Series 10 might be disappointed. Because, Apple is planning no big changes for the Series 10. Nothing is official yet but that’s what latest rumours have to say.
According to recent reports, the Apple Watch Series 10 may retain its current design, with the biggest change being an increase in size.Previous rumours painted a very different picture. The Apple Watch Series 10, marking the device’s tenth anniversary, was expected to receive the biggest overhaul yet, boasting a completely new design. However, leaked schematics obtained by 91mobiles and comments from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo have a different story to say.
These leaks and reports indicate that the Series 10 will likely maintain the current design language but offer larger display sizes. Analyst Mark Gurman of Bloomberg further corroborated this, stating that both the standard Apple Watch and the Apple Watch Ultra will see size increases but no significant design changes.
“This year’s third-generation Apple Watch Ultra will have roughly the same look as the original, and the other watch models still resemble the Series 4 launched in 2018,” he said.
With the official announcement likely happening in the fall, we can expect more details about the Apple Watch Series 10 to emerge in the coming months. While a major redesign might be on hold, a potential size increase and other improvements could still make the Series 10 an attractive upgrade for Apple Watch users.
