India faced South Africa in the T20 World Cup final at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados, on June 29 and ended up winning a nervy finale. Both SA and IND were unbeaten in the tournament when they walked on the field, but only one could take the coveted trophy home.
With this win, Team India has brought home an ICC trophy after 13 years! The last time India won an ICC World Cup was in 2011. -
