Production line of 30 pcs expanders, packaging machine and feeding system.

Line stopped last week and has not been dismantled yet if a potential customer would like to see it in operation, it is possible for now.


- line contents of a series 30 pcs expanders (3 heads/form of each expander)

- production capacity depends on raw material (type of grain) and machine settings. For example we made 2200 packages per hour from brown rice (each package has 14 slices of cakes) all 30 expanders were in operation for this production. It is 17 cakes per minute for every 1 expander

- at this output the packaging machine and feeding still runs with approx. 30% reserve of maximum capacity

- producer our packaging machine is Thevopharm (company was bought Klockner and after Bosh) Feeding system Houdijk Holand and expanders was produced by local company.


line for sell is complete starting with hooper for rice (or another wheat) intake and baking. Conveyor between baking line and feeding of packaging is not included because it depend on customer's premises layout.

Feeding and packaging is included in offer but baking line can be sold separately.

FMC flowpack and feeding system is available separately.
