Bought second hand in 2019, and I added a 5000 euro cutting tool. The crescent tool is from 2019
It has not been used much.
The croissants can either come out side by side or be aligned for rolling.
The rolling machine is part of the equipment, but I don't use it because I only make my filled croissants
It is a Fritsch CTR croissant line with or without a croissant line.
The cutter is capable of 25 strokes per minute, so if you have a 2-cavity cutter, this corresponds to 25 x 2 x 60 = 3000 croissants per hour
I have a cutter with 2 croissants and 6 mini croissants and a straight blade (see photos).

The technical file is complete.

I am selling it against a Rondo line which allows me to make more different products.

Works very well!

Very interesting for a craftsman who wants to make croissants or any other product to be cut. All you need to do is change tools (puff pastry discs, triangle, slippers.... ). On the other hand, it is not possible to make rolls or filled products...
